Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our software project management with a clear focus on analyzing, structuring, and visualizing project-related data:
- Support project managers with planning, progress tracking, and project monitoring
- Maintain and further develop resource planning
- Create, automate, and prepare reports (e.g., project status, capacities, KPIs)
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for transparent presentation of project progress
- Analyze project and team data to derive opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the standardization and optimization of project processes
Profile & Qualifications
Education
- Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with an analytical focus, or a comparable field
Background
- High affinity for numbers, data analysis, and structured work
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, evaluations); initial experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting
- Technical affinity and interest in the software development environment
- Structured, reliable, and analytical way of working
- Strong interest in project management and data-driven decisions
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
- Initial exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is desirable
