The Opportunity
Accenture is seeking a Consulting Manager to work on strategic projects in the Financial Services sector, focusing on credit, financial products, credit risk, policies, digital transformation, data, and artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, supporting clients in evolving operational models, digital journeys, governance, analytical capabilities, and business outcomes.

What you'll do day-to-day
- Lead strategic and transformation consulting projects, ensuring delivery excellence, scope management, and client executive relationship management.
- Develop diagnostics, recommendations, and action plans for critical business, risk, operation, data, and technology topics.
- Develop recommendations for credit strategy, origination, collection, portfolio management, pricing, operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial product evolution.
- Support the design, review, and implementation of credit policies, eligibility criteria, risk appetite, limits, authorities, decision models, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Consider trends such as Open Finance, PIX, digital credit, BNPL, advanced analytics, and the use of AI in financial services.
- Connect business vision, technology, data, and artificial intelligence to support strategic decisions and accelerate value generation.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, guiding consultants and analysts in structuring analyses and executive narratives.
- Coordinate timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality, acting proactively in resolving deviations.
- Support proposals, RFPs, account expansion, and strategic client relationships.
- Contribute to Accenture's methodologies, assets, and approaches.
What we're looking for in the person joining the team
- Solid experience in consulting, business transformation, or leadership positions in financial institutions.
- Ability to lead executive conversations, structure complex problems, and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Knowledge of the credit cycle, including origination, analysis, approval, credit policies, limit management, portfolio management, collection, recovery, and performance and risk indicators.
- Business vision regarding financial products, digital journeys, customer experience, operational efficiency, and credit risk.
- Fluency in the interface between business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Experience in managing complex projects, multiple workstreams, and high-performance teams.
- Business vision regarding operational efficiency, customer experience, digital transformation, and the use of AI in financial services.
- Advanced English for meetings, executive presentations, and global interactions.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Technology, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be considered a differential.
Additionally, knowledge is desirable
- Experience in credit transformation, platform modernization, implementation of analytical models, credit scoring, decision engines, journey automation, or AI applied to credit and financial products.
- Knowledge of financial regulation, operational risk, compliance, fraud prevention, and data governance.
- Track record of business development, account expansion, building commercial proposals, and relationship management with financial sector executives.
