The Opportunity
You will work with diverse clients across multiple industries, delivering analytical solutions and helping clients transform data into actionable insights that drive tangible outcomes, improve performance, and help clients lead the market.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Work with clients to understand how data and analytics can help their businesses across different industry sectors.
- Understand and break down client problems, starting with understanding technology, methods, analytical tools, and operational model approaches;
- Analyze data, generate and evaluate working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data, proposing variables that help discover trends and support analytical modeling;
- Perform predictive modeling using statistical techniques and machine learning/deep learning, including evaluation and adjustments of the developed analytical models. Propose ways to visualize the results obtained, objectively and oriented towards the business problem under analysis;
- Bring detailed and comprehensive industry knowledge from previous experiences, as support strategy during work on different projects;
- Manage client relationships regarding project challenges, as well as establish partnerships with team members, to implement and enhance the value delivered by the developed solutions;
- Utilize AI Agents to accelerate and generate value differentiation for projects.
Minimum requirements
What we're looking for in the person joining the team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or a quantitative/business area. MBAs, Master's, and/or PhDs will be a plus;
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with desirable ability to communicate results and techniques used clearly and objectively;
- Knowledge in developing business cases, identifying value opportunities for data and analytics, processes and operational model design, agile transformation journey design and implementation, knowledge in planning, designing, developing, and implementing analytical solutions using agile solutions;
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, operations, logistics, inventory strategies;
- Knowledge in the use of AI Agents for conducting analytical projects.
