YOUR ROLE *
- Azure AI Engineering: You develop agentic solutions on the Microsoft Azure AI Stack – from knowledge assistants and autonomous multi-agent systems to the responsible operation of productive AI applications – for our clients. You translate AI potentials into scalable, secure, and effective solutions and actively contribute to our reference architectures. *
- Custom AI Solutions: You design and implement tailor-made solutions on the Azure AI Stack – including RAG systems, document intelligence, and LLM-powered process automations. *
- Agentic Systems: You develop multi-agent architectures with modern frameworks like Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangGraph and integrate tools and data sources via open standards like MCP and A2A. You consistently work agentically yourself, with specialized agents along the AI engineering lifecycle, and establish quality gates for agent-assisted development and operational processes. *
- LLMOps & Deployment: You are responsible for the productive operation of AI applications, from model selection, prompt management, and versioning to observability, token cost control, and scaling. *
- Responsible AI & Governance: You anchor security, data protection, and monitoring based on Microsoft governance tools and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. *
- Client Consulting & Knowledge Transfer: You support clients in envisioning workshops such as "Agent in a Day", prioritize use cases, and develop pragmatic implementation roadmaps. Within the team, you further develop reference architectures and asset libraries and are available as a sparring partner for technical deep dives.
YOUR PROFILE *
- Professional Experience: You have at least five years of experience in software development, AI solution development, or technical consulting, with at least one year specifically focused on Azure AI or LLM applications in productive use. *
- Azure AI Stack: You confidently use Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search, and have solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD in the Microsoft environment. *
- Technical Expertise: You have experience in developing productive AI solutions on the Microsoft AI stack and possess solid knowledge in Python and/or C#/ .NET. *
- LLMOps Understanding: You are familiar with the typical challenges of productive AI systems, from inference latency and prompt stability to model drift and evaluation, as well as cost control. *
- Agentic Competence: You have practical experience in developing and orchestrating AI agents with open integration standards like MCP and ideally also know how to integrate agents into the development process. *
- Responsible AI & Governance: You understand the risks of generative AI, are familiar with common mitigation strategies and regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR), and have a sense for cost sensitivity in AI deployment. *
- Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate effectively.
