YOUR ROLE
- Data & Analytics Solutions: You conceptualize and implement scalable data platforms, data warehouse, and analytics solutions for our clients and for internal products – from data integration to provisioning for reporting, BI, and Advanced Analytics.
- Data Architectures & Platform Design: You design technology-agnostic target architectures for Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and modern Data Platforms, and translate business requirements into robust technical concepts.
- Data Pipelines & Integration Tools: You develop and optimize data pipelines with modern data pipelining and ETL/ELT technologies like Talend or Ab Initio, ensuring data quality, performance, and operational security.
- Requirements Analysis & Consulting: You analyze our clients' requirements, advise them on data strategies, integration scenarios, and analytics use cases, and support them from the idea to the productive solution.
- Teamwork & Portfolio Development: You work closely in interdisciplinary teams, share your knowledge, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of our Data & Analytics consulting portfolio.
- Data Culture & DNA: You live our data DNA, communicate the added value of data-driven decisions, and help to continuously modernize the analytics world at our clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional Experience and Education: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, and at least three years of practical experience in the Data & Analytics environment, ideally in consulting or software engineering.
- Data Integration & Platforms: You have sound experience in data integration and in building data warehouse, data lake, or data platform solutions, and are passionate about making data optimally usable for analytics and reporting.
- Data Pipelines & Tools: You have experience in the design and implementation of data pipelines and have ideally already worked with tools like Talend or Ab Initio.
- Software Development & CI/CD: You have good knowledge of software development with Java, Scala, or Python and experience in using build and version control tools as well as CI/CD pipelines, e.g., with Maven, Gradle, or Git.
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate appropriately with different stakeholders, enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, and can explain complex technical issues understandably.
- Data Modeling & Cloud: You are familiar with common data modeling methods (e.g., dimensional models) and ideally have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP in the context of Data & Analytics solutions.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
