YOUR ROLE
- Manage End-to-End Lifecycle: You are responsible for versioning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous development of ML and LLM systems in production operation.

- Education & Experience: You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field, and at least 3 years of experience in operating production ML or LLM systems in an enterprise environment.
- Expertise in ML/LLM Quality Management: You have a deep understanding of model lifecycle management, drift detection, prompt evaluation, and experimental comparison methods.
- Apply Tech Stack: You work confidently with MLflow or Weights & Biases, CI/CD toolchains such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, and container and cloud environments.
- Structured Way of Working: You work with a focus on quality, stability, and reproducibility, with high engineering standards.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Language Skills: You communicate fluently and precisely, both verbally and in writing, in German and English.
