As an implementation developer, you'll focus entirely on developing AI systems and their direct implementation at the client's site. With a team of over 20 people, we guide companies through the AI Marathon® with consulting, development, and optimization. We develop AI colleagues, automate processes, and connect existing systems. Our goal: no isolated prototypes, but solutions that noticeably relieve the burden on employees.
YOUR TASKS
- You'll analyze business processes together with our clients and translate requirements into concrete AI architectures.
- You'll develop AI agents, LLM integrations, automations, and intelligent applications.
- You'll integrate language models and AI functions via APIs into existing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- You'll work directly on-site at the client's location for targeted implementations and realize AI solutions together with the specialist departments.
- You'll accompany your AI models and applications from the initial prototype to productive use, including testing, documentation, and optimization.
- You'll work closely with our consulting and project management teams and turn project experiences into reusable AI components.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Practical experience in AI development and software engineering, for example with Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and connecting language models.
- Proven implemented projects with language models, AI agents, or intelligent process automation.
- The ability to quickly learn unfamiliar processes and develop pragmatic AI solutions.
- You can explain technical AI contexts understandably and enjoy working directly with clients.
- Self-initiative, quality awareness, and willingness for project-related travel.
- Very good German language skills for client collaboration and good English language skills for technical documentation.
