Your challenges to grow on the journey
- Define and keep updated the scope of IT General Controls (ITGC), automated controls, and technological dependencies relevant to the reliability of financial information.
- Evaluate access management controls, segregation of duties, change management, systems development, IT operations, interfaces, integrations, databases, and automated routines.
- Conduct assessments of the design and operational effectiveness of technology controls.
- Evaluate IPEs, critical reports, system logic, and the completeness and accuracy of data used in SOX controls.
- Analyze SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, service provider entity controls, and complementary user organization controls.
- Evaluate risks and controls related to cloud, data, analytical models, and Artificial Intelligence solutions that support processes or controls relevant to financial information.
- Define governance criteria for the use of Artificial Intelligence in internal control activities, considering traceability, data quality, human oversight, security, privacy, and risk management.
- Identify deficiencies, evaluate impacts, and support the definition of remediation strategies with the Technology and Business areas.
- Act as a technical reference in interactions with external audit, internal audit, and governance forums.
- Provide technical guidance to analysts on the Technology front and contribute to the evolution of the methodology and the GRC tool.

Requirements
- Experience with generative AI tools;
- Completed degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- Solid experience in ITGC, IT audit, or technology internal controls in a SOX environment.
- Mastery of access management, segregation of duties, change management, systems development, IT operations, automated controls, IPE, and SOC reports.
- Knowledge of SOX, COSO, and COBIT frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including risks, governance, model lifecycle or generative solutions, data quality, security, privacy, traceability, and human oversight.
- Ability to evaluate the impacts of technology, data, and AI on processes, controls, and financial information.
- Experience in leading technical discussions with Technology, Business, and audit areas.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a financial institution or highly regulated environment.
- ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT certifications or equivalents.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, data analysis, and test automation.
- Experience with data governance, AI governance, model risk management, or evaluation of solutions based on machine learning and generative AI.
- Experience with GRC tools.
