YOUR CHALLENGES TO GROW ON THE JOURNEY
- Develop, implement, and monitor statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems with business impact.
- Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preparation for analytical studies.
- Create reports that translate technical results into insights for business areas.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate hypotheses, understand needs, evaluate the application of models in strategies, test solutions, and track results.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of the data used in analytical projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME AN AGILIZADO?
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Mastery of classic and modern machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, logistic regression, ensemble, and boosting models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, catboost).
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with manipulation and processing of large volumes of data (SQL, spark).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Knowledge of credit modeling (indicators, strategies, techniques).
- Experience with credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD).
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment in production.
- Experience or interest in generative AI projects, NLP (Natural Language Processing), or large language models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git) and continuous integration.
