Your responsibilities
- Technical IT Security Officer for the entire engineering
- Support for the implementation of a new development environment *
- Support, expansion, and maintenance of the environment (patch management, scaling via IaC)
- Optimization of the DevOps pipeline and ensuring the integration of modern tools *
- Use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to keep the environment scalable and efficient *
- Ensuring that the environment particularly meets the requirements of ISO 27001 as well as the specifications of the BSI IT-Grundschutz *
- Implementation of monitoring and logging processes to keep the environment auditable at all times *
- Monitoring compliance with security policies for various protection levels
Minimum requirements
What you bring to the table
- Completed degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Systems Engineering, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on infrastructure/security *
- Sound experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines as well as in virtualization (VMware vSphere) and containerization *
- In-depth knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001) and ideally experience with BSI-Grundschutz and other applicable regulations *
- Confident handling of Infrastructure as Code and DevOps methodologies *
- The ability to evaluate technical solutions not only based on functionality but also on their auditability and security *
- A very independent, structured way of working, as well as trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability *
- Very good German and English skills
