- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in building and managing data platforms, business intelligence, or analytics teams.
- Profound expertise in the areas of reporting, data engineering, data architecture, data lakes, and cloud technologies, as well as confident use of modern analysis and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Clear, structured communication, including in an international context, and the ability to lead your team of junior and senior employees in a targeted, individual, and development-oriented manner.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to strengthen the feedback culture and ensure that responsibility is taken, obstacles are overcome, and results are reliably achieved.
