Your Profile
Our goal is sustainable value creation for our clients. For this, we are looking for nothing less than the best employees on the market:
- Between 3 and 11 years of relevant professional/consulting experience with a focus on the technology & software industry
- Experience in collaborating with the private equity environment (or with investors): Commercial/Operational Due Diligence, Value Creation Plans, 100-day programs, PMI/Carve-outs – focus on impact
- High financial and analytical skills
- Proven track record in achieving implementation-oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple work streams and ability to fully take over various work areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving personalities
- Very good academic background; Master's, Diploma, PhD, or comparable degree
- Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel with a hybrid work model (remote, office, client-site)
- Current passport holders, citizenship and/or work permit for Germany. Applicants must have a work permit that allows them to travel and work in the EU.
