Objective of the Role:🎯
Join our internal IT Support area as a professional practice student to learn how to operate the technological infrastructure of a growing company, supporting our collaborators in the use of equipment, cloud platforms, and digital tools.
What Will Your Functions Be?😎
- Provide level 1 support to users in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet) and office tools.
- Configure, prepare, and maintain work equipment (macOS and Windows).
- Maintain inventory control of technological equipment and manage its allocation to collaborators.
- Register, channel, and follow up on internal support requests and incidents.
- Develop and document procedures, guides, and tutorials for users.
- Support cloud administration (GCP and AWS): user management, permissions (IAM), and billing account review.
What Do We Expect From You to Make a Good Match?💘
- Student of Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT Technician, Connectivity and Networks, or a related field, in a position to complete their professional practice.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace at an advanced user level.
- Experience or notions in configuring macOS and Windows equipment.
- Student insurance for your internship.
