Job Description
- Provide support to employees and service providers in the use of IT equipment and software;
- Configure equipment, accounts, and install specific programs for engineering and administrative services;
- Contact suppliers for internal customer service;
- Ensure data protection and information confidentiality, in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with user support in the IT area;
- Knowledge of Active Directory, technical support, Endpoint, and Firewall;
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Availability for on-site work in São Bernardo do Campo.
- Desirable experience with IT infrastructure, including networks and servers;
