Senior Data Scientist
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on developing data-driven solutions, building scalable models, and generating insights to support business and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of machine learning and advanced analytics models.
- Identify, integrate, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver data-driven products and insights.
- Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to solve complex business problems.
- Present insights through data visualization and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor junior data scientists and support best practices adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, or similar).
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid statistical analysis and data visualization expertise.
- Experience working with large datasets and model deployment.
Preferred
- Experience with big data or cloud platforms (e.g., Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- NLP, time-series, or advanced analytics specialization.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
