In your day-to-day
- Develop, validate, and monitor analytical models for credit recovery (NPL).
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Implement and track model performance in production.
- Build models for payment propensity, credit recovery, financial projections, and payment behavior.
- Perform data treatment, variable creation, and evolution of analytical databases.

We expect from you
- Higher education in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience with statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and data analysis.
- Knowledge in Python and SQL for handling large volumes of data.
- Data visualization tools.
- Experience with building analytical databases and feature engineering.
- Knowledge in classification, regression, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Ability to translate analyses into business recommendations.
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative profile.
Differentiators
