ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer passionate about Artificial Intelligence to develop innovative solutions that transform corporate processes through Generative AI, Intelligent Agents, and Advanced Analytics.
The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating AI solutions at a corporate scale, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, autonomous agents, predictive models, and integrations with enterprise systems.
The position will be involved in global initiatives, collaborating with business and technology teams to accelerate digital transformation through Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Generative AI solutions applied to corporate processes, including AI agents, copilots, RAG, intelligent automation, and specialized assistants.
- Define and evolve corporate AI architectures using Microsoft Azure.
- Design and implement corporate standards for AI Gateway, model routing, LLMs catalog, consumption control, and observability.
- Lead initiatives for AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Inventory, regulatory compliance, and risk management related to AI usage.
- Lead the transformation of POCs into scalable, resilient, and sustainable corporate solutions.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, indexing, and vectorization pipelines for RAG and Agentic AI scenarios.
- Define and implement AIOps, observability, and monitoring standards for AI-based applications.
- Ensure corporate security through Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and access controls.
- Act as a technical reference for the organization, leading architectural reviews and mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with business areas, corporate architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to accelerate the secure adoption of AI.
