- End-to-End Ownership: You will take full responsibility for our hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) and ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Automation First: You will eliminate manual tasks through smart scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible) and build self-service solutions that make our daily business easier and more efficient.
- Deep Dive and Troubleshooting: You will systematically approach incidents and conduct in-depth root cause analyses to solve problems sustainably rather than just fixing symptoms. This is how you continuously improve system stability.
- Security by Design: You will strengthen our security posture through consistent hardening and patch management, as well as the implementation of concepts for access controls and auditable processes.
- Enable the team: You will create clean runbooks, share your knowledge, and thereby make the entire team stronger.
- Shape the future: You will actively shape our cloud strategy and IT roadmap and contribute your ideas for a future-proof architecture.

Minimum requirements
Your Profile
- Proven Track Record: You have several years of relevant experience in system or infrastructure administration, preferably in an agile environment.
- Automation-first Mindset: You live and breathe automation and possess excellent scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Ownership: You are hands-on, enjoy taking responsibility, and proactively and independently drive your topics to success.
- Analytical Strength and Problem Solving: You are a master of root cause analysis, reliably separate signal from noise in critical situations, and systematically solve complex problems.
- Strong Communication: You speak fluent German and English and can explain complex technical topics simply.
