What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Data Scientist Specialist, you will work in the CL Models area, and your main activities will be:
- Develop statistical and Machine Learning models to solve business challenges.
- Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify opportunities and generate strategic insights.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering using Databricks, Spark, and SQL.
- Apply advanced modeling techniques for segmentation, classification, regression, propensity, and recommendation.
- Work on the continuous evolution of analytical models, seeking improvements in performance, stability, and explainability.
- Document models and support governance, auditing, and maintenance processes.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Transform analytical results into clear and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Solid experience in Data Science and development of Machine Learning models.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Practical experience with Databricks.
- Knowledge of Spark and processing large volumes of data.
- Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Experience in creating and optimizing data pipelines and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience in the financial market, credit, or risk.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with governance, monitoring, and model explainability.
- Certifications in Databricks, Cloud, or Data Science.
