What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Project and Corporate Security Specialist, you will work in the Corporate Security area, and your main activities will be: ·
- Perform governance of the Corporate Authorizer's services and products, acting as the main point of support for consuming areas and journeys integrated into the platform. ·
- Manage and evolve the support for N1 and N2, tracking questions, incidents, usage difficulties, and specialized demands, ensuring correct routing and follow-up of resolutions. ·
- Work in an integrated manner with Product, Technology, and client teams, tracking tickets, incidents, and critical issues, ensuring visibility regarding status, owners, and action plans. ·
- Manage knowledge for the Corporate Authorizer, keeping documentation, FAQs, guides, support materials, and guidelines always updated, organized, and accessible to platform consumers. ·
- Monitor internal customer service and experience indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes, user autonomy, and the evolution of offered services.

Requirements ·
- Experience in managing tickets, incidents, SLAs, and operational indicators, ensuring control, tracking, and service quality. ·
- Experience with Service Management, Service Delivery, and support and service models, including work in N1, N2, and escalation management. ·
- Knowledge of product and digital platform management, with a focus on internal customer experience and continuous service evolution. ·
- Mastery of agile methodologies and management tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, and Confluence. ·
- Ability to work in technological environments, interacting with Product and Engineering teams and understanding concepts of architecture, monitoring, and observability.
It will be a plus if you have: ·
- Knowledge of ITIL, service governance, and support best practices. ·
- Experience with NPS management, satisfaction indicators, and internal customer experience improvement initiatives. ·
- Knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, and high-criticality corporate platforms.
