Mission
Ensure the continuous delivery of value by leading an agile cell, promoting alignment between strategy, execution, and quality. You will be responsible for organizing the workflow, supporting technical and operational decisions, removing impediments, and driving the evolution of solutions, focusing on efficiency, predictability, and results.
What you will deliver
- Coordinate the cell's workflow, organizing backlog, priorities, and tasks to ensure delivery pace and predictability.
- Support the team's technical and operational decisions, partnering with specialists to ensure alignment and quality of solutions.
- Identify and remove impediments, coordinating with involved areas to maintain delivery flow and continuity.
- Monitor and direct the execution of demands, ensuring adherence to deadlines, priorities, and defined objectives.
- Promote alignment between the team, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of direction and focus on value generation.
Minimum requirements
What you need to have
- Higher education in Data Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related Technology fields.
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and demand planning.
- Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and APIs for technical guidance of solutions.
- Experience in monitoring delivery and productivity indicators (Lead Time, Throughput, Capacity, among others).
- Knowledge of software quality practices, including testing, versioning, and CI/CD.
- Ability to identify technical dependencies and impacts between systems.
- Proficiency in demand and backlog management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of collaboration and communication tools, such as Teams, Confluence, or similar.
- Intermediate knowledge of indicator monitoring and dashboard tools, such as Power BI, Grafana, or similar.
Desirable
- Experience in large corporate environments.
- Previous experience with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple simultaneous demands.
- Knowledge of agile governance and performance metrics for continuous team evolution.
Work location: Paulista – São Paulo/ SP
Work model: Hybrid (3x in-office)
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
