🚀 We are looking for our future GTM Engineer!
To help us design, develop, and automate technological solutions that optimize the generation, management, and conversion of commercial opportunities, integrating tools, data, and artificial intelligence to drive business growth.
What will be your activities?
- Develop and automate lead acquisition, enrichment, qualification, and assignment processes.
- Integrate CRM, marketing platforms, and commercial tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Implement automations with AI tools to optimize commercial processes.
- Design experiments and analyze conversion metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards to monitor commercial performance, CAC, and business results.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Data teams.
What do you need to be in the position?
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, Revenue Operations, or technical GTM roles.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, and automation tools like Apollo, Zapier, or similar.
- Experience in commercial process automation, integrations, and data analysis.
- Ability to develop solutions autonomously, measure results, and implement continuous improvements.
- Desirable experience in Fintech, SaaS B2B, or financial solutions for SMEs.
