We are looking for a Senior Project Analyst with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results. The professional will be responsible for managing their project portfolio with autonomy and excellence, working on initiatives of different natures and complexities. This is a position that requires dedication, organizational skills, and a focus on delivery, aimed at professionals who value the achievement of objectives and the generation of value for the organization.
Main challenges
- Management and monitoring: Update activities on boards and manage projects from start to finish, overseeing the portfolio under your responsibility with commitment and ownership.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare reports including schedule (Gantt), progress, attention points/risks, and next steps (PPP methodology).
- Discovery and backlog: Lead the discovery of digital solutions and products and perform backlog creation of deliverables, regardless of the framework, methodology, or model adopted.
- Process Mapping: Design journeys and flowcharts in BPMN and support the involved areas in defining business rules.
- Action Plans: Structure action plans aimed at mitigating risks and resolving problems during and after project implementation.
- Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate dailies, weeklies, work streams, steering committees, kick-offs, and pre-games, ensuring the proper progress of projects.
- Executive Presentations: Develop executive presentations in PowerPoint, translating internal client demands into a clear and objective vision.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate multiple schedules and availabilities of internal clients, ensuring the participation of all stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare minutes and summaries of meetings held.
- Unblocking: Identify and remove impediments between areas and activities, ensuring project fluidity.
What are the main skills for the position?
- Experience: We are looking for professionals who have worked in project management over the last 5 years, continuously and recently — an essential and eliminatory criterion for participation in the process.
- Education and technical knowledge: Completed higher education in Technology, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas, with a command of adaptive project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, and lean).
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Monday, or any other work management tool. The use of Artificial Intelligence in daily work will be considered a differential.
- Clarity and objectivity: Ability to precisely define project objectives and communicate clearly and assertively, both orally and in writing, preventing communication noise and misinterpretations.
- Collaborative and transparent posture: Ability to position oneself and contribute constructively at all hierarchical levels, communicating impacts on deadlines and target dates with clarity and impartiality, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of shared information.
- Productive nonconformity: Questioning posture towards superficial or palliative solutions, focusing on designing consistent, sustainable, and effective solutions that ensure the robustness and continuity of projects.
- Convergence ability: Skill in articulating different perspectives and interests, promoting alignment among stakeholders for the bank's institutional objectives and the value generation expected by senior leadership.
- Pace and resilience: Availability to work in a high-intensity and high-volume environment, managing multiple topics and projects simultaneously and transitioning agilely between different businesses and scopes, without compromising focus and delivery quality.
- Continuous learning: Agile assimilation capacity, compatible with the dynamism and speed of the company's transformations.
- Autonomy and organization: Self-management of the weekly routine, with the ability to manage projects involving more than 10 workgroups per week, of varying durations and natures.
- Languages: English and/or Spanish at an intermediate or advanced level will be considered differentials.
Work model: Hybrid (4 days in the office and 1 day of remote work)
