Minimum requirements
- 2 years of experience in implementation/support for e-commerce SaaS products and/or ERP platforms
- Ease of learning and acquiring new digital skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire to constantly expand knowledge
- Highly developed communication skills (internal and external to the organization)
- Intermediate English to communicate with global teams
Responsibilities
- Understand and map business needs with the client
- Lead implementation meetings with clients, guiding them through basic tool configurations
- Attend, guide, and support clients during implementation
- Write functional flows and technical documentation if necessary
- Learn about all Base tool modules to become an expert in guiding clients on their usage
