Your Setup

Bicycle Competence

Your Tech Stack

Our foundation consists of scalable systems like SCAYLE, a Headless Frontend, and centrally connected PIM, ERP, and CDP platforms. You will significantly influence which AI frameworks, LLMs, and APIs you connect to them, as we give you the freedom for the best technological decisions. For our daily collaboration and documentation, we rely on straightforward, proven standards like Microsoft and Confluence.
Your Team
You are part of the Data and AI team and work in close cross-departmental sparring directly with management and the directors of all core areas, from Sales and Marketing to Logistics and Finance.

Your Professional Trail
AI Solutions, Automation & Integration
- Together with the teams, you will identify and prioritize the best AI use cases for our processes and the entire organization.
- You won't build AI-powered solutions in isolation; you'll advance the entire organization through close sparring. You'll teach others what's possible, creating a real snowball effect.
- You will develop smart applications for areas such as content, customer service, and internal workflows.
- You will integrate AI applications into existing systems via APIs and bring your prototypes into reliable, maintainable production operation.
- Together with the team, you will establish best practices for deployment and operation (with a focus on monitoring, quality, and costs).
Sparring & Enablement
- You will be the absolute go-to person for business units wanting to integrate AI into their daily work.
- You will translate business pain points into technical solutions and alleviate people's concerns through understandable, practical explanations.
- You will make successful solutions and best practices transparent within the company and usable for other teams.
Security
- You will ensure our systems are secure and that the team knows exactly how to use tools responsibly.
- You will translate abstract data protection and governance requirements into pragmatic, everyday guardrails and actively develop our AI guidelines.
Your Personal Toolbox
- You have already successfully, measurably, and cross-departmentally implemented AI in an e-commerce company and noticeably automated processes.
- You are not only strong in technical implementation but have also decisively driven and shaped the AI strategy and technology deployment in your previous environment.
- You are genuinely excited about working closely with key users, empowering colleagues, and spreading your enthusiasm throughout the organization.
- You have deep practical experience with generative AI, AI tools, and the development of AI-powered applications.
- You bring experience with APIs and system integrations (knowledge in Data Engineering, Deployment, or DevOps is a strong plus!).
- You build prototypes quickly but never lose sight of maintainability, operation, and documentation.
- You have a good sense for security, data protection, and the right cost-benefit ratio.
