Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ERP Lead to own and advance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), the system that connects BLOX’s finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project accounting operations. Because BLOX designs, manufactures, and constructs buildings through one integrated Design Manufacture – Construct (DMC) model, BC sits at the center of how materials are purchased, how modules are produced on our factory floor, and how costs are tracked across active construction projects.

This is a permanent role where you’ll serve as both architect and practitioner: designing solutions, configuring BC, and guiding the system as BLOX continues to grow. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business, shaping processes through your expertise and servant leadership.
