Job Description
This position will focus on IT operational governance, technology asset lifecycle control, data quality and reliability, KPI monitoring, dashboard management, process discipline, action plan monitoring, vendor and contract oversight, evidence control for audits, and the creation of management reports to support IT leadership's decision-making.
Responsibilities and Duties
- IT Asset Management (ITAM);
- IT operational governance and control;
- ITSM tools, CMDB, and asset inventory;
- GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira, OCS Inventory, SCCM, Intune, or similar tools;
- Hardware and software asset lifecycle control;
- Asset allocation, movement, return, disposal, and traceability;
- Onboarding, internal transfer, and offboarding processes related to IT assets;
- Monitoring of SLAs, backlog, tickets, and operational indicators;
- Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data analysis;
- Development of operational reports, dashboards, and management indicators;
- Oversight of vendors, warranties, contracts, and renewals;
- Document control, audit evidence, and compliance;
- ITIL, incident and request lifecycle, as well as service reports;
- LGPD, information security, and data protection;
- Communication and interaction with IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance departments, and vendors.
Requirements and Qualifications
Senior-level professional with experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), ITSM, Service Desk governance, inventory control, CMDB, IT operational control, technology asset management, or operational reporting.
The professional must be able to maintain accurate IT asset records, identify inconsistencies, consolidate operational information, prepare management reports, support leadership routines, track pending items, monitor risks and deadlines, and promote improvements in IT controls and processes across various areas.
Certifications and Desirable Knowledge
- ITIL Foundation;
- ISO/IEC 27001 (Fundamentals and Awareness);
- ISO/IEC 19770 – IT Asset Management;
- Microsoft Power BI;
- Advanced Excel;
- Power Query;
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals;
- COBIT Foundation;
- LGPD and Data Protection;
- Experience with ServiceNow, GLPI, or Jira.
