About the opportunity
Our Infrastructure Serv area
The team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the network, voice, and data center environment of C6 Bank, composed of a hybrid infrastructure between on-premises data centers and the cloud. We are a 100% hands-on team, with the mission of keeping the bank's products running 24x7.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Act in the administration, support, and evolution of the bank's network and connectivity environments;
- Perform activation, configuration, hardening, and periodic upgrades of equipment according to established policies, using automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform;
- Administer and perform advanced troubleshooting in Routing & Switching environments using protocols such as BGP, OSPF, HSRP, BFD, STP, LACP, and vPC;
- Implement and maintain network security solutions using ACLs, VRFs, IPSEC VPNs, and firewall clusters;
- Act in the connectivity between on-premises and Cloud environments, with a focus on AWS and desirable knowledge in OCI and GCP;
- Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Direct Connect, VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, Transit Gateways, and Peerings;
- Perform troubleshooting of Multicast environments (PIM and IGMP), including low-latency scenarios and trading platforms;
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using SNMP, Grafana, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, and related tools;
- Act in critical incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Plan and execute changes in production environments during maintenance windows; Work together with telecommunications operators, manufacturers, and cloud providers for incident handling and specialized support;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of continuous infrastructure improvements, aiming for greater efficiency, availability, and resilience of the environments.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and experience
- Experience acting as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst/Engineer in large-scale environments;
- Experience with hybrid infrastructures integrating on-premises Data Centers and multiple Cloud Providers;
- Advanced knowledge of corporate networks, routing protocols, switching, and security;
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting and resolution of high-criticality incidents;
- Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools;
- Profile with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive demands end-to-end;
- Advanced English for opening and tracking tickets with manufacturers and providers;
- Availability for on-site work in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
