KNOWLEDGE *
- Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports in Power BI, focusing on tactical-operational, strategic, and routine management indicators; *
- Structure data modeling, ensuring consistency, performance, governance, and maintainability; *
- Create and maintain automation flows in Power Automate, including complex processes with multiple approval steps, integrations with SharePoint, Teams, and other corporate tools; *
- Develop and evolve applications in Power Apps, observing best practices for architecture, versioning, environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), and use of Solutions; *
- Act in the support and continuous improvement of existing applications, analyzing errors, validating data, and proposing functional and technical improvements; *
- Apply visual and usability standardization, using Figma or similar tools for prototyping dashboards and applications; *
- Support KPI monitoring, critical deviation analysis, and decision-making support; *
- Document solutions, flows, and adopted patterns minimally; *
- Work collaboratively with different areas, presenting solutions and results clearly and objectively;
DUTIES *
- Act in the areas of compliance, skills and competencies development, business, processes, projects, supply chain, and digital transformation, performing technical coordination, critical analysis, strategic support, optimizations, technical studies, conducting specialized technical work, solution development, process and activity improvement, consulting, risk and opportunity identification.
WORK REGIME *
- Hybrid regime, with availability to work in Rio de Janeiro - minimum 2 days per week
