Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support to users, ensuring incident resolution and SLA compliance.
- Support workstations (desktops, notebooks) and peripherals.
- Perform installation, configuration, and updates of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with basic infrastructure activities, including network and system access.
- Perform equipment moves and replacements (IMAC – Install, Move, Add, Change).
- Log and update tickets in an ITSM tool.
- Perform initial incident analysis and, when necessary, escalate to N2/N3 teams.
- Support field technical teams in simple operational tasks.
- Follow operational procedures and maintain updated documentation.
Qualifications
- Windows Operating Systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 / M365)
- Micro-computer support (hardware and software)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
- Basic server knowledge (access, simple validations)
- Experience with user support (Help Desk / Service Desk / Field Service)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ITSM)
- Advanced/Fluent English
