Minimum requirements
What you need to know (technical requirements)
- Solid experience as a PMO in SAP projects, including implementations, rollouts, AMS, digital transformations, and SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate, PMI, Agile, and Scrum.
- Experience in project financial management, budget control, forecast, profitability, and capacity planning.
- Experience with management and tracking tools: MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and SharePoint.
- Ability to lead executive governance, strategic forums, and stakeholder presentations.
- Intermediate or advanced English for interaction with global teams.
What you will do in your day-to-day
- Act as the responsible party for the governance and control of SAP projects.
- Consolidate schedules, risks, dependencies, indicators, and executive reports.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, resources, and SLAs.
- Manage budget, forecast, profitability, and team allocation.
- Lead governance meetings, executive committees, and operational follow-ups.
- Support project managers and leaders in data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure process compliance, risk management, and continuous operational improvement.
- Participate in transitions, Go-Lives, Hypercare, and stabilization of SAP environments.
