As a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d), you will shape the further development of our car rental comparison using modern AI tools and data-driven decisions. You will automate processes, implement technical partner integrations, and develop dashboards that create transparency and continuously improve our product and partner performance.

Job Description
- Manage technical partner integrations: You are the technical point of contact for our international car rental partners, clarify requirements for interfaces and data transfer, and manage the successful integration of new partners and optimization of existing ones together with our IT teams.
- Develop AI solutions for partner processes: You conceptualize new AI-based features and solutions for collaboration with our partners and manage their implementation together with the IT teams – from prototype through testing to Go-Live.
- Analyze and automate partner processes: You analyze existing internal and partner-related workflows, identify optimization and automation potential, and independently implement solutions using AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Analyze and visualize data: Using dashboards (e.g., with Kibana, Grafana, Tableau), monitoring, and alerting, you analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization potential, and ensure stable and performant partner connectivity.
- Work cross-functionally: You work closely with international car rental partners, IT, product management, and management, and independently drive joint initiatives forward.
Qualifications
- Education: Above-average completed university degree, ideally with an economic / technical-mathematical background (Business Administration, Global Business Management, Media and Communications Science, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Mathematics, or similar).
- AI-assisted work: You naturally use modern AI tools (e.g., CursorAI, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini) in your daily work and use them specifically for analyzing, conceptualizing, and automating processes.
- Data Analytics: You have experience in analyzing and visualizing data, for example with Tableau and Grafana, and derive concrete recommendations for action from it.
- Analytical thinking: You quickly grasp complex contexts, derive concrete recommendations for action from data, and develop pragmatic solutions for continuous optimization of our processes.
- Technical understanding & collaboration: You work confidently with IT teams and external partners, quickly acquire new technical topics, and bring together diverse requirements in a targeted manner.
- Language skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
