Role Mission
To act in the construction, evolution, and maintenance of decision engines on the FICO platform, translating business rules into automated decisions, ensuring performance, traceability, governance, and integration with corporate systems.
Important: If you reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, your presence in the city's offices will be mandatory, according to the current attendance policy.

Responsibilities
- Experience with FICO solutions.
- Proven experience in development and maintenance of decision engines.
- Experience in financial institutions, payment methods, or companies with high transactional volume.
- Participation in projects related to credit, registration, fraud prevention, collection, risk, or product eligibility.
- FICO Knowledge
- FICO Blaze Advisor.
- FICO Decision Modeler (DM).
- FICO Decision Management Platform (DMPS).
- Rule Maintenance Application (RMA).
- Development of:
- Business Rules;
- Decision Tables;
- Decision Trees;
- Ruleflows;
- Workspaces and Deploys.
- Versioning and governance of rules.
- Troubleshooting and analysis of engine processing.
Technical Knowledge
- REST APIs and integrations between systems.
- JSON and XML.
- Advanced SQL.
- Python and pyspark.
- Knowledge of databricks.
- Data modeling.
- Messaging and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
- Concepts of observability and monitoring.
- Cloud environments (Azure is desirable).
- Git and DevOps pipelines.
Desirables
- Knowledge of decision strategies for credit.
- Experience with scorecards and policy engines.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into the FICO engine.
- Knowledge of Databricks.
- Knowledge of MongoDB.
- Experience with credit bureaus (Serasa, Boa Vista, Quod, TransUnion, etc.).
- Experience in regulated environments with audit requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve business rules on the FICO platform.
- Perform impact analyses and design decision solutions.
- Implement rules, tables, and decision trees.
- Integrate the FICO engine with APIs and corporate microservices.
- Support functional testing and user acceptance testing.
- Act in the maintenance and resolution of production incidents.
- Ensure traceability, auditability, and governance of decisions.
- Support business areas in defining and optimizing policies.
- Document solutions and promote knowledge transfer to internal teams.
