- Act in incident support N1/N2, ensuring rapid investigation and resolution of problems in the production environment.
- Perform technical failure analysis, identifying root causes and proposing temporary or definitive solutions.
- Interact with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve incidents and restore operations.
- Monitor operation and efficiency indicators, acting proactively in identifying risks and problems.
- Support the maintenance of application stability and the continuity of critical business services.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base, including troubleshooting and operational procedures.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
- Support the analysis of impacts in the production environment and the evolution of indicators and monitoring.
Requirements for this challenge
- Experience with support and maintenance of systems in a production environment.
- Knowledge in Python and React.
- Knowledge in PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Experience with version control and code quality tools: Git, Subversion (SVN), Sonar.
- Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools.
- Experience with incident management and support workflows.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base.
It will be a differential to have knowledge in
- LLM (Large Language Models).
- Prompt Engineering (creation of effective prompts to interact with AI models).
- Skills (development and implementation of AI skills).
- AI Models (understanding and application of different artificial intelligence models).
