About the position
We are looking for a Delphix Data Masking Engineer with solid experience in sensitive data protection, information masking, and Test Data Management (TDM).
The position will be responsible for implementing and administering Data Masking solutions using Delphix, ensuring that confidential information of clients, employees, and operations is adequately protected in development, testing, and QA environments, while maintaining data integrity and functionality for the technology teams.
The ideal candidate should combine experience in data privacy, enterprise databases, and Delphix, actively participating in sensitive information remediation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Location: Mexico City – Paseo de la Reforma (Hybrid scheme: 3 days office / 2 days home office)
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 MXN gross monthly
English: Advanced (C1)

Responsibilities
- Implement and support Delphix Static Data Masking and Dynamic Data Masking solutions.
- Identify, classify, and protect sensitive information (PII/PHI) within enterprise databases.
- Participate in data remediation initiatives and compliance with privacy standards.
- Perform data analysis to discover, validate, and reconcile sensitive information.
- Design and validate masking rules that ensure data protection without affecting system functionality.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and data governance teams.
- Conduct quality and consistency assessments of data in non-production environments.
- Execute advanced queries for validation, auditing, and monitoring of masking processes.
- Support Test Data Management (TDM) and data governance initiatives in testing environments.
- Document configurations, processes, findings, and best practices related to data protection.
Requirements
Experience
- Solid experience working with Delphix Data Masking.
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions for:
- Static Data Masking
- Dynamic Data Masking
- Experience in sensitive data protection and remediation projects.
- Experience collaborating with security, development, data, and regulatory compliance teams.
- Knowledge of Test Data Management (TDM) processes.
Technical Knowledge
- Delphix Data Masking (essential).
- Identification, classification, and protection of sensitive data (PII/PHI).
- Enterprise databases:
- Oracle
- SQL Server

- Advanced SQL for:
