We are looking for a Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products (m/f/d) for our Munich location.

Product management meets AI and vibe coding: You decide what we build – and you can bring your ideas to life yourself using AI.

At crossvertise, we are fundamentally evolving our products: transforming classic planning tools into AI-based, agentic products. For this, we are looking for a Product Manager who doesn't just talk about AI, but uses it themselves – for discovery, prototyping, validation, and daily product management.

Your Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Business Analysis

You talk to customers, advertisers, and media managers to find out which problems we should really be solving.

Questioning existing assumptions as well as developing and validating hypotheses based on customer feedback, user needs, and data.

You independently analyze product, customer, and business data to derive sound product decisions. In doing so, you identify relevant metrics, ask the right questions, and consider business contexts.

Monitoring developments in the AI sector and the advertising market, as well as identifying new product opportunities and customer needs.

AI & Prototyping

You use AI not just as a tool for your work, but as an integral part of your product work.

Independently developing functional prototypes with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or comparable AI tools.

You quickly translate product ideas into tangible prototypes that can be tried, tested, and discussed with customers and internal stakeholders.

Experimenting with new AI models, agents, and workflows, as well as evaluating their potential for our products and customers.

You understand the possibilities and limitations of current AI systems and keep an eye on rapid technological development.

Product Development

Precise description of the customer problems we are solving, as well as the desired user behaviors.

You define clear acceptance criteria as well as relevant error cases and functional boundaries.

Close collaboration with our development team, which itself develops primarily in an agentic way, to efficiently translate customer needs into product solutions.

You focus on the what and why of a product solution – the technical implementation lies with the development team.

Independently reviewing and evaluating developed solutions regarding their actual added value for customers and users.

Your Profile

Several years of experience in taking responsibility for a digital product with real users.

You are AI-native: You try out new models and tools yourself instead of just reading about them.

Enthusiasm for vibe coding and practical experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0 or Lovable.

You quickly translate product ideas into prototypes and develop them further based on actual usage.

Ability to derive sound decisions from numbers: You understand the relationships between usage, conversion, revenue, and profitability and derive clear recommendations for action for the product.

Experience with product discovery as well as the systematic testing and refutation of assumptions.

You formulate requirements and desired behavior so precisely that different interpretations are avoided.

Knowledge of agile software development as well as practical experience with tools like Jira.

You communicate clearly, put yourself in the perspective of users and customers, and make sound decisions.

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.

Ideally, experience in the fields of media, advertising, or digital marketplaces.
