What awaits you in your new role
- Project-based conception and integration of Machine Learning solutions into existing system landscapes and business processes.
- Independent consulting of our clients from requirements definition through the selection of suitable algorithms to the productive deployment of complex ML solutions.
- Independent consulting in client projects with a focus on data and AI platforms, as well as active development work on AI solutions.
- Participation in the analysis, evaluation, and selection of modern AI platform solutions (Cloud and On-Premises).
- Utilization and further development of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Conception and execution of client workshops on data, AI, and ML topics.
- Close coordination of project progress at the interface between the client and the interdisciplinary project team.
- Active shaping and cross-team development of our AI service portfolio.
What we expect from you
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field of study.
- Very good programming skills in at least one common language such as Python, R, or Java.
- Proficient in APIs, REST services, as well as DevOps and MLOps pipelines (CI/CD).
- Several years of practical experience with relevant platforms, tools, and libraries such as SQL, Docker, Oracle, Jupyter Notebook, Git, Azure DevOps, and Pandas.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of DevOps.
- Strong conceptual skills and experience in preparing and conducting client workshops.
- Independent, structured way of working, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally residing in the Nuremberg area and willingness to be present in the office regularly.
- Knowledge in the area of Generative AI (e.g., RAG, MCP) is an advantage.
