AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE
- Economic use of data: Your primary task is to collect and analyze data from our clients or the company.
- Data analysis: Using programming languages like Python, SQL, and various business intelligence tools, you'll dive deep into the world of data and conduct in-depth analyses.
- Machine Learning: You will develop and evaluate models that run on big data systems – always with the goal of using artificial intelligence to improve processes.
- Development of AI applications: You'll learn how generative AI models are applied and further developed in the cloud.
- Data Engineering: You'll be involved in the creation and maintenance of data pipelines used for preprocessing data for AI models.
- Combination of theory and practice: Participation in lectures at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University at the Mannheim campus and practical phases at DATEV in Nuremberg.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prerequisites: You have a general or subject-restricted university entrance qualification with good results, or you meet the admission requirements of the DHBW.
- Passion for STEM: You are passionate about mathematics, data, computer science, and of course, artificial intelligence.
- Digital affinity: You are interested in digital trends and are eager to help develop them further at DATEV.
- Analytical mindset: You love solving complex problems, identifying patterns, and deriving valuable insights from large datasets.
- Teamwork skills: You enjoy working in a team as well as taking responsibility for tasks independently.
- Experience: Initial practical experience with AI, working with data, and in a programming language are advantageous, but not required.
