in the IT Operations organizational unit, you won't just take on a role – you'll shape the future. The focus will be on providing platform services, resilient workflows, and secure systems for the entire Debeka and its members.
Your contribution to TOGETHERNESS
- Active shaping and implementation of our IAM landscape based on an "Infrastructure as Code" approach and fully automated workflows for our hybrid on-premise and cloud environment using state-of-the-art tools and technologies
- Conception and design of functional Identity & Access Management processes, as well as advisory support and guidance for internal projects in close collaboration with other IT and business departments
- Development, operation, and optimization of security-critical applications with a focus on Identity & Access Management and IT Security
- Collaboration and direct exchange with colleagues within Debeka IT, turning collaboration into real success stories through strong communication and team spirit
- Independent work in specifying and implementing Identity & Access Management features within Debeka IT
What we're looking for
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of directory services and identity providers and their protocols (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID)
- Experience with key issuing and management systems (e.g., PKI, CyberArk)
- High motivation and technical understanding of automation (e.g., Ansible, Python)
- Understanding of role and authorization concepts
- Basic knowledge of IT Security, Authentication, and Authorization
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable way of working in a regulated and security-critical environment
- Teamwork, commitment, and initiative
