RF Systems Deployment Engineer (5G / AI-RAN)

Type: Full-Time (W2) On-Site/Hybrid, Arlington, VA, with travel to customer and test sites as deployments require

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $110,000-$170,000 annually. This range represents DeepSig’s good-faith estimate of the compensation for the role at the time of posting. We are seeking an RF Systems Deployment Engineer to be the hands-on engineer between our AI-RAN products and the customers, partners and test sites that deploy them. This person will take those products out of the lab: integrating them into customer environments, standing them up at field sites, running them through test events and demonstrations, and bringing what they learn back to the engineering team.

The role centers on 5G RAN deployment work and builds on a strong radio and SDR background. You should already be comfortable with RF hardware, software-defined radios and the signal-level debugging that comes with them. Prior RAN experience is helpful but not required; you will have a team of RAN and ML specialists behind you for the deep details. The day-to-day work is hands-on systems integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
