Here's what to do
- As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will monitor the adherence, effectiveness, and efficiency of ITSM processes based on defined KPIs and derive necessary actions from them
- You will create regular, decision-ready reports on process adherence for line and process management
- You will conduct audits and reviews, initiate and track improvement measures derived from them with stakeholders, and take on operational, cross-process tasks
- You will coordinate process requirements with internal and external user groups and the product management of the ITSM tool used
- You will ensure that documentation, aids, and training materials comply with current laws, standards, and regulations
- You will create release plans and manage their implementation
- You will support the definition and staffing of roles required in the project
Minimum requirements
What you bring with you
- A completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
- Alternatively, relevant vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) plus several years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, operation, and further development of ITSM/ITIL processes in complex, large-scale IT environments
- At least 1 year of experience in public administration
- Sound ITIL knowledge and an agile mindset, which you confidently combine with classic process control
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Process knowledge in Incident, Event, Change, and Release Management
- Strong conceptual skills, proven responsibility for results, and confident stakeholder management at various levels
- Structured, analytical approach to work and excellent communication skills for complex challenges
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
