YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Platform Operations: Together with your team, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our DevOps toolchain, for example GitLab and Coder, and continuously develop it further.
- Automation: You optimize build, test, and deployment processes with CI/CD and GitOps to ensure efficient software delivery.
- Stability: Monitoring, incident and problem management, as well as ensuring availability, performance, and security are part of your responsibilities.
- Enablement: You advise development teams on the use of the platform, establish best practices, and promote self-service approaches.
- Release Management: You coordinate changes and releases in close coordination with internal contacts and external service providers.
- Compliance: You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as MaRisk, DORA, and BAIT, and support audits, emergency tests, and security reviews.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in the DevOps or platform environment.
- You have in-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps technologies, such as GitLab. You also have knowledge of AI and are interested in new AI trends.
- You bring experience with containerization and orchestration, for example with Podman and Kubernetes, as well as a good understanding of modern software architectures.
- You are familiar with operating stable platforms, including monitoring and incident management; ideally, you also have knowledge of ITIL processes.
- You are team-oriented, communicate technical topics understandably, and drive tasks forward independently and in a structured manner.
