How does the application process work?
Your Responsibilities
- You will take on the technical leadership of the project team and actively drive the use of AI-powered data engineering methods.
- You will advise our clients methodically and technically on innovative data management and integration solutions around the Azure Cloud.
- You will create the technical architecture for our clients, enabling them to plan and optimize personalized and automated marketing campaigns using modern real-time segmentation and automated recommendations.
- You will be involved in all project phases – from requirements analysis through implementation to Go live – supported by our internal DYMATRIX AI Platform and various external AI Tools.
- You will utilize future-oriented data engineering technologies around the Azure Cloud and ensure standardized implementation across projects.
- You won't stand still: You will actively monitor the development of AI trends in data engineering (e.g., agent-based pipeline development, LLM integration into data platforms) and bring new impulses to the team and client projects.
What You Ideally Bring

- Several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of innovative data engineering solutions, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Good knowledge of Azure Data services such as Data Factory, SQL DB, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Functions, as well as an interest in Microsoft Foundry.
- Strong interest in the development of DWH / Data Lake and BI Cloud Architecture.
- Very good German, good English, and a solid amount of organizational talent round off your profile.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with AI-powered personalization, predictive marketing, or customer intelligence – not a must, but a strong plus.
