CONFISA Group is looking to hire a Web Application Developer with Artificial Intelligence to participate in the development of a proprietary technological platform, aimed at offering innovative digital solutions through artificial intelligence.
We are looking for a person with practical experience in web application development, the ability to work autonomously, and enthusiasm for building a product from its early stages to its commercial launch.
This is a project with a vision for growth and long-term collaboration possibilities, where we especially value initiative, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.
Academic background: Engineering in Systems, Software, Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields. Self-taught candidates with demonstrable experience will also be considered.
Experience in large companies is not essential; we especially value technical ability, completed projects, and results obtained.
Work modality: 100% remote, from any city in Mexico.
Collaboration type: Initial hiring by project, with the possibility of long-term continuity.
Dedication: Preferably part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible schedules and defined objectives.
Remuneration: Hourly pay, according to experience, technical competencies, and candidate availability. Reference range: $100 to $180 MXN per hour.
Initial stage: Period of 30 days to develop and deliver functional progress, with previously agreed objectives and dates.
