AI Deployment is the area responsible for transforming complex operational challenges into business-driving AI solutions. Each professional acts as an owner of a client portfolio, deeply understanding their operations, identifying high-impact opportunities, and leading the design, implementation, and evolution of AI systems in production from end to end. The area combines strategy, technology, data analysis, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure not only the adoption of solutions but also the continuous generation of value for the client. Our role is to make AI move beyond a promise and become a fundamental part of operations.
What is the role?
The AI Deployment Associate works side-by-side with our clients and is one of the main points of contact for building and delivering solutions for them. They are responsible for the end-to-end execution for 1 to 2 clients, diagnosing real problems, building AI agents, automating processes, and conducting legal data analysis that leads to insights which translate into concrete decisions and results. Being an AI Deployment Associate means combining the analytical rigor of strategic consulting with the pragmatism of a product manager who prototypes. It's a role of high agency, autonomy, and focus on solving complex problems with speed.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Navigate the Intersection of Technology and Business: You will translate real business problems and complex client pain points into scalable solutions using Enter's proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) platform.
- Support AI Strategy Design with Senior Leadership: With support from senior leadership at Enter, you will work alongside directors, C-levels, and decision-makers at our clients to co-create the digital transformation vision for their legal operations. This involves challenging traditional assumptions, designing the value thesis where AI truly makes sense, and structuring the plan to unlock the greatest possible return.
- Bring the Client's Voice to Product Development: You will work directly with end-users to understand their pain points and provide feedback to Product and Engineering on potential evolution paths for Enter's product.
- Implement New Workflows: You will implement new operational processes and automations that enhance the quality and scalability of the client's legal operations.
- Ensure End-to-End Delivery: You don't just deliver a diagnostic PowerPoint or a proof of concept; you will own the complete cycle. This means planning, configuring, integrating AI tools, and ensuring the delivery of results.
- Balance Speed and Rigor: You will operate at the dynamic pace of a high-growth startup, needing to balance the urgency of delivering value quickly to the client with the technical sustainability of the solution.

- Navigating Ambiguity and Organization: Comfort in environments where priorities change rapidly. You are organized enough to manage your goals and deliver consistent results even without direct supervision.
- Professional Experience in Analytical Environments: Previous professional experience in analytical and high-delivery intensity areas, such as strategic consulting, technology, product management, high-scale operations, engineering, or finance/strategy.
- On-site Availability: Availability for 100% in-person work in São Paulo (Pinheiros), Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Practical Experience with Automation Tools: Previous hands-on experience testing AI tools, writing complex prompts, designing automations (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier), or creating custom AI agents on your own.
- Technical Familiarity with APIs and Data: Technical familiarity with the logical flow of consuming APIs, JSON file structures, and basic notions of databases.
- Process Redesign Track Record: Experience proposing and implementing automations that replace manual processes.
- Experience with Enterprise Clients (B2B): History of projects or technical interface with large B2B companies, with a preference for direct client-facing roles.
