About the company

Artificial intelligence is the biggest technological revolution of our generation, and our mission is to make Brazil a protagonist in this story. Enter combines human expertise and artificial intelligence to execute, at scale, critical and high-volume tasks that still rely on manual processes. Our platform allows large companies to operate in complex workflows, starting with legal operations and expanding throughout the company. With a valuation of USD 1.2 B and support from funds like Sequoia and Founders Fund, our goal is to lead the AI revolution in Brazil through efficiency and cutting-edge technology.

We are expanding to transform how organizations operate at scale. Here, you won't just maintain the status quo: you'll create solutions that solve real problems for large companies and help define the next generation of productivity in Brazil.

What is the role?

About the Design team

Product Design at Enter is the convergence point between the operational complexity of our technology and the final user experience. Our role is to transform complex and "invisible" processes into intuitive, scalable interfaces that generate real value. We work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to ensure we not only deliver functionalities but also elevate the standard of usability and efficiency at every touchpoint of the platform, always grounded in data and user empathy.

What is the role?

We are looking for a Head of Design to lead the Product Design team at Enter as a whole,

not just an isolated domain. You will be responsible for building and leading the design team, raising the quality bar, defining the company's design processes and culture, and being the voice of design in strategic product decisions. Unlike a Senior Product Designer, who owns the experience of a complex domain, you will own the design vision for Enter as a whole, leading people beyond solutions, and being accountable for the quality and maturity of design across the entire platform.

What will be your responsibilities?

  1. Design System Strategy and Scalability: Establish the Design System as a central strategic asset, ensuring governance, visual consistency, and technical efficiency across the entire platform, from product to institutional.
  1. Product Design Vision and Architecture: Define the company's design vision as a whole, ensuring coherence across different domains and direct alignment with the technical complexity and business objectives of Enter.
  1. Discovery and Decision-Making Processes Management: Institutionalize data-driven discovery processes, ensuring design decisions are validated by qualitative and quantitative evidence, eliminating biases and unfounded intuitions.
  1. Technical Performance and Quality: Raise the quality bar in all deliverables, defining design review rituals and technical criteria that ensure the delivery of impeccable and scalable experiences.
  1. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and manage the Product Design team, defining career paths, performance expectations, and fostering an environment of high delivery and continuous growth.
  1. Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Act as a right hand to Product, Engineering, and Business, actively participating in roadmap definition and executive-level priorities, serving as the ultimate authority on design in strategic decisions.
  1. Client and Business Interface: Participate in strategic conversations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the design vision reflects real market needs and transforms operational complexity into value for the company.
  1. Design Culture: Build and disseminate Enter's design culture, internally and externally, strengthening the employer brand and the organization's design maturity.

Requirements (What are we looking for?)

  1. Product Design Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in UX/UI for complex digital products, including information architecture, multi-step flows, error states, and edge cases.
  1. Product and Business Vision at Scale: Ability to translate complex business strategy into company-level experience architecture decisions.
  1. Research and Data Applied to Design: Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods (usability testing, interviews, funnel analysis, product data) to ground design decisions in evidence, not intuition.
  1. Consolidated Senior Trajectory: Robust experience managing and developing design teams, with a track record of recruiting, evaluating, and growing people, not just acting as a senior individual contributor.
  1. Technical Quality and Review: Ability to rigorously review other designers' deliverables from a technical standpoint (consistency, accessibility, interface performance), raising the team's execution bar.
  1. Executive Communication: Skill in synthesizing complex strategies for different organizational levels, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  1. Builder and Hands-On Profile: Even in a leadership position, directly engage in critical design decisions when necessary, without solely relying on the team.
  1. High Energy and Resilience: Consistent profile, capable of sustaining a fast pace and quality even under the ambiguity and pressure typical of a growing startup.
  1. Collaborative Work: You thrive in collaborative environments, valuing knowledge sharing and the collective construction of solutions, working fluidly with multidisciplinary teams.
  1. On-site Availability: Availability for 100% on-site work in São Paulo (Pinheiros), Monday to Friday.

Differentiators (Nice to Have)

  1. Front-end: Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with frameworks like React, sufficient to assess technical feasibility and communicate directly with Engineering about implementation.
  1. Experience with AI/LLM: Have designed interfaces for AI products, dealing with uncertainty, probabilistic states, and model explainability in the user experience.
  1. Regulated Sectors: Practical experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or other sectors where precision, compliance, and reliability are non-negotiable.
  1. Building a Team from Scratch: Have structured a design area from the ground up or at an early stage of maturity.
