About the Design area
Product Design at Enter is the convergence point between the complexity of our technology and the end-user experience. Our role is to transform complex and "invisible" processes into intuitive, scalable interfaces that generate real value. We work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to ensure we not only deliver features but also elevate the standard of usability and efficiency at every touchpoint of the platform, always grounded in data and user empathy.
What is the role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the user experience for a complex domain (Legal + AI). This is a role for someone who not only executes design but also thinks about product strategy and the long-term experience architecture. You will be the guardian of consistency, visual quality, and usability, leading from strategic discovery to the delivery of solutions that address latent needs. We expect you to be a technical reference for the team, raising the design bar and ensuring every solution is defensible, scalable, and high-impact.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Design Vision and Strategy: Define the experience strategy for your domain, ensuring design evolves in alignment with Enter's business objectives and the technical complexity of AI.
- Data-Driven Discovery: Lead in-depth UX investigations, testing hypotheses, analyzing user behavior, and validating solutions before implementation.
- Experience Architecture and Design Systems: Evolve and maintain the consistency of our interface, ensuring the Design System is scalable and practical for the Engineering team.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a right hand to Product and Engineering, actively participating in roadmap definition and ensuring technical and business decisions are translated into impeccable user experiences.
- Execution Excellence: Produce high-fidelity deliverables that clearly communicate the solution, anticipating flows, error states, and user needs.
- Mentorship and Reference: Elevate the technical level of the team's designers by sharing knowledge, reviewing deliverables, and promoting a culture of high visual and functional quality.
- Client Interface: Participate in observation and validation sessions with clients to understand the real usage context and adjust the design strategy according to actual feedback.
Requirements (What are we looking for?)
- Consolidated Senior Trajectory: Robust experience (5+ years) in digital product design, preferably in SaaS B2B environments or complex products focused on productivity.
- Product and Business Vision: Ability to translate complex business objectives into simple user journeys, prioritizing what generates the most impact in the short and long term.
- Proficiency in Tools and Design Systems: Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, tokens, variables) and the ability to create/scale consistent design systems.
- Analytical Reasoning and UX: Skill in using data (qualitative and quantitative) to make design decisions, justifying each interface element based on evidence.
- Influence: Ease in articulating the "why" behind your decisions to stakeholders and leadership, defending the quality of the user experience in high-pressure scenarios.
- Executive Communication: Ability to synthesize complex strategies for different organizational levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
