Operational Monitoring
- Perform 24/7/365 monitoring of the Data Center's security, infrastructure, and critical systems.
- Track and classify alarms (critical, non-critical, and under observation), initiating corrective actions according to global protocols.
- Control access and support security coverage according to current standards and policies.
Configuration and Technical Support
- Program and configure Data Center monitoring equipment.
- Configure and support BMS (Building Management Systems), CCTV, and access control systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and arrange technical escalations when necessary.
- Create and maintain alarm policies in the network management system.
Documentation and Reports
- Update and maintain the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) databases.
- Log incidents and updates within global SLAs.
- Prepare monthly reports, consolidating relevant operational information.
Technical Knowledge and Development
- Develop in-depth knowledge of alarm management systems, BMS, access controls, and critical Data Center infrastructure.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate security policies.
- Continuously enhance your technical skills with team support and guidance.
Asset Security and Access Control.
- Monitoring of door and camera alarms
Qualifications
- Advanced or fluent English (interaction with global teams and technical documentation).
- Availability to work on a 2x3 and 3x2 shift schedule - hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM in a hybrid model (two days in the office per week)
Preferred
- Previous experience in Data Centers.
- Knowledge of BMS, monitoring systems, electronic security, or critical infrastructure.
- Experience with incident response environments and global operations.
