- You have a deep understanding of information technology.
- You hold a technical university degree (MSc or similar).
- You can show completed military training (RS, UOS, OS).
- You bring experience in the defense industry and its specific challenges.
- You have experience in project work, ideally according to HERMES.

- You demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player and possess a high willingness to learn.
- You have good communication and presentation skills.
