Job Description
Lead the evolution of one or more product domains, ensuring alignment between strategy, discovery, and execution, as well as developing Product Managers and promoting a culture oriented towards results, customers, and business.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop Product Managers, acting as a reference in product, business, and execution.
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized opportunities, initiatives, and roadmaps.
- Ensure that product decisions are connected to business results and company objectives.
- Conduct and support discovery processes, hypothesis validation, and product strategy definition.
- Orchestrate alignments between Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure quality in execution, clarity of priorities, and focus on generating value for customers and the business.
- Support the construction of a product culture based on data, continuous learning, and experimentation.
- Evolution of strategic results in the domain under your responsibility.
- Quality and predictability of portfolio execution.
- Development and performance of the team's PMs.
- Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to transform strategy into measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Product Managers and leading complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and influence in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to navigate between strategy (FL3), orchestration (FL2), and direction for execution (FL1).
- Results-oriented, ownership mentality, and decision-making skills.
